- SureWest Wireless provides digital wireless service in 16 counties and serves over 50,000 subscribers in and around Sacramento, Stockton, Yuba and Modesto. SureWest Wireless features low cost unlimited wireless plans for individuals, families, students, a California unlimited plan, and an unlimited nationwide calling plan. Some plans feature unlimited calling to a local area code (916, 530 or 209).
