“The best thing about working for SureWest is the people I work with. Not only my co-workers, but also my supervisor. I have been in the workforce for 12 years now, and I have never worked for a supervisor that is so concerned about me as a person, and not just what I can do for the company.”

“My supervisor lets me know. She is very good about giving compliments and letting her employees know that they are doing a good job and contributing to the success of the company. The company also has excellent reward programs such as Bravo Awards, Great Idea Awards, and in my department, different sales awards.”
