NETWORK NOTIFICATION OF NEW SERVICE OR REVISION:

This document serves as notification of the offering of Nokia and Occam equipped ADSL high-speed data service via Cisco Core.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR INTERCONNECTION:

• The DSL end-user must be located within 14,000 feet of a SureWest Telephone enabled DSLAM site. The line must be qualified to carry the DSL signal.
• DSL requires a compatible router/modem at the customer location. This router/modem must be compatible with the DSLAM equipment.
• A NIC (Network Interface Card) or other compatible interface is required in the customer computer.
• The Broadband provider must be connected to the SureWest Telephone DSL network at the Roseville CO location to the Cisco Core.
• An access line may be necessary terminated at the customer’s site.
